During the site visit, the spatial choreography of a man-made pisciculture pond was observed, where the owner was actively engaged in the transfer of fish stock from a holding tank into the primary aquatic basin. This pond functions as a controlled micro-ecosystem for fish breeding, integrating both vernacular practices and adaptive environmental strategies.The pond is utilized seasonally, with the owner occupying the site for approximately two months during the active breeding and harvesting cycle. What if a house didn’t just sit idle rather it grew from it?
